- Children are encouraged to bring letters describing what they were thankful for in 2024 and deposit them in Santa’s Mailbox at North Pole Station – no postage required! In January, Santa’s Helpers will review the letters and respond to as many as possible. If you wish for your child to receive a response, please include a parent or guardian’s email address AND mailing address on the letter! Please note: while we will work hard to respond to all letters that include contact information, we cannot guarantee that every letter receives a response. By submitting a letter with contact information you consent to be contacted by BRRHT regarding our passenger services, special events, and volunteer opportunities.

Parlor Class guests will be seated at reserved premium accommodations and enjoy a complimentary snack and cold beverage service at their seat. Snacks will include a selection of chips, pretzels, granola bars, and similar items. Cold beverages will be a selection of bottled water, sodas, teas, etc.
This service is available only to Parlor Class guests and is not included for Club Car Charters, Caboose Charters, or Premium Coach.

Restrooms
Note: RESTROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN OR NEAR FLEMINGTON STATION.
Limited restroom facilities are available on board the train for emergency situations only. Ask a member of our staff for assistance.
Restrooms are available at Ringoes Station (North Pole) in the lower level of the station. Baby changing tables are provided in the men’s and women’s restrooms.
Bag Policy
We highly recommend leaving your large bags at home or in the car for this excursion, as space is limited on board our historic train. Strollers and baby car seats are NOT recommended for this excursion. The lighter you pack, the more enjoyable your experience will be!
Power
All departures are powered by one of our vintage diesel-electric locomotives. We reserve the right to substitute motive power at any time for any reason and without advance notice.
